What we require prior to your pup's first visit:
- Competed Application
- Completed Owner Liability Waiver & Health Certification
- Minimum age: 12 weeks
-Spay/neuter: Required by 7 months of age
- Current PA Dog License
-Rabies Certificate
-Proof of up-to-date vaccinations for DHLPP and Bordetella
-Proof of Negative Fecal Test taken within 1 year
